Examples of measurements using PHV 4002 include engine ignition systems, low voltage and medium voltage systems, laser technology, drive engineering, power drivers, variable frequency inverters and frequency converters. The PHV 4002 with 100 MHz system bandwidth will enable the user to measure fast signals. The maximum input voltage is 14 kVAC rms Category II. The probe compensation range is 10 to 50 pF.

The included accessory pack for the PHV 4002 contains 1 each - Screw Tip with 4 mm connector (mounted in the probe), screw hook, Ground Lead 15 cm (7") and a Trimmer Tool.

Optional items include different divider ratios available through the factory. Cable lengths up to 12 meters, with a respective reduction in bandwidth.
