With a maximum input voltage of 600 VDC Category I and 300 VDC Category II, it is usable with oscilloscopes having bandwidth up to 60 MHz. Probe compensation range is 10 to 60 pF. The included accessory pack for the non-switchable PMS x1 contains 1 each - Spring Contact Tip 0.8 mm (mounted in the probe), Rigid Tip 0.8 mm, Sprung Hook II black, BNC-Adapter, Green Insulating Cap, Green IC-Insulating Cap, and a 9" (22cm) Ground Lead. The included accessory pack for the switchable PMS x1/x10 contains 1 each - Spring Contact Tip 0.8 mm (mounted in the probe), Rigid Tip 0.8 mm, Sprung Hook II black, BNC-Adapter, Green Insulating Cap, Green IC-Insulating Cap, 9" (22 cm) Ground Lead, and a Standard Trimmer Tool. Probes can be ordered with additional cable length and can also be supplied with a Lemo connector, making it usable with scopes like the Gould Digital Scope 2608.
